Hi, I'm Canel...

I know how it feels to look successful while feeling completely dissatisfied inside.

A few years ago, I was thriving in my consulting career. I was recognized and in demand. On paper everything looked perfect. But behind the scenes, I was burned out. Pushing for more. Craving validation. Silently doubting myself.

No matter how much I achieved, it never felt like me. And the question kept whispering… “Is this really who I’m meant to be?”

Everything changed when I stopped performing to be liked by others and started listening to my own soul's expression.

I consciously ended a 7.5-year relationship. Let go of who I thought I had to be. Moved countries with nothing but my truth, letting that lead. I didn't have all the answers, I still don't but you know what? Unlike a few years ago, I have accepted now that I don't need to have everything figured out beforehand because I chose to trust the real me.

I have learned to let go of control and trust the process. Yes, I’m trained in trauma work, coaching, meditation and other cutting-edge modalities. But what qualifies me most is that I see you because I’ve walked this path.

You’ve done everything “right.” You’ve checked the boxes, achieve, pushed and proven. You’ve played the part they told you to play. And yet...somewhere in the process yet you've lost a part of yourself. A part of your authenticity, your child-like joy, your unbothered peace.

Canel Soul was born from that exact moment, the moment when doing more stops working and your soul whispers: “Im here to be me. I'm here to feel free. There's got to be another way.” Because you are more than the hustle behind your to-do list. You are a force of nature, here to lead who the f*ck you truly are.

Created by Canel, a woman who’s walked through self-doubt, perfectionism, worthiness wounds and came out the other side softer, truer, and more powerful than ever, this space invites you back into your own rhythm. Into your unique expression, or as Canel calls it: your soul expression.
