2. Purpose: These terms govern the purchase of the services and products offered through https://www.canelsoul.com. Buying any service or product requires prior acceptance of these terms. The owner may amend them; continued use of the site after changes implies acceptance.
3. The client: A Client is any individual over 18 who provides their data through the relevant forms and makes the corresponding payment.
4. Products and services: The website offers, among others: low-ticket digital products (ebooks, templates, courses or downloadable materials) accessible immediately after payment; one-to-one or group coaching and mentoring services, with the duration and number of sessions stated in each offer; and workshops and events, in person or online, with set dates and limited places. The price, payment method and description of each product or service are detailed on its own page. Prices include applicable taxes and may change without notice, without affecting purchases already made.
5. Ordering and payment: After selecting a product or service, the Client is directed to the payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal or related), provides their details and pays. Once confirmed, they receive an email with the invoice and, where applicable, access or credentials.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds: If you are a consumer (an individual acting outside any business or professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, in accordance with Articles 102 and following of the Spanish consumer protection law (TRLGDCU), except in the cases set out below.
Digital products: For digital products with immediate access, you expressly acknowledge and accept at the time of purchase that — under Article 103(m) TRLGDCU — once download or access begins, you lose your right of withdrawal. No refund applies once access has started.
Coaching services and workshops: If you expressly request that the service begin within the 14-day withdrawal period and the service is then fully performed, you lose your right of withdrawal under Article 103(a) TRLGDCU. If you withdraw before the service has been fully performed, you will pay an amount proportionate to the part already provided, and the remainder will be refunded.

Business clients (B2B): The right of withdrawal does not apply to clients purchasing as a business or professional (empresarios o profesionales). For B2B purchases, all sales are final and no refunds are given.

They do not constitute, and are not a substitute for, medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial or legal advice or treatment. The Client is responsible for their own decisions and results. No specific outcome is guaranteed, as results depend on each person's commitment and circumstances.
8. Intellectual property: All materials and content provided are the owner's property and are licensed for the Client's personal, non-transferable use. Reproducing, distributing, reselling, transferring them to third parties, or sharing access credentials is prohibited. Breach may result in immediate withdrawal of access and appropriate legal action.
9. Termination: The contract may be terminated by either party. The owner may suspend or cancel access to the services, without refund, in cases of false data, fraudulent use, breach of these terms, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction: The relationship between the owner and the Client is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of the owner's domicile, unless consumer law grants the consumer another mandatory venue.
